Up to date guide?

Is there anyone who has a newer guide on how to use ifoedit to cut out all the crap not needed (subtitles and audio) and keep the main menu of the movie? Is it even possible to keep the main menu? I have read for hours and cannot for the life of me figuer it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

pardon the question but what's wrong with my guide? I don't see any significant changes in new ifoedit versions that would concern the steps described in the guide.
