Alright I've been trying to create a few backups using TMPEGEnc & IfoEdit. I've used ReMPEG2 and that worked fine except for the quality is lousy and one DVD I tried to rencode with it after the first few chapters it started encoding it extremely blocky. I've tried several times to encode using TMPEGEnc and I can look at the created M2V file and everything looks fine. But when I go to remux IfoEdit freezes. I've followed Doom9's guides basically to the letter and have tried remuxing with all the downloadable versions of IfoEdit but it always freezes without creating the new VOB's. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
