Inverted/ upsidedown movie

i captured from vcr to avi using Ulead DVD Movie Factory and the file made is flipped upside down.

are there any tools that can invert the movie back to the way it is meant to be?

U could use VDub filter but for that u need to recompress. :(
Some players can flip the video tough.
