I'm using the DC10+ in windows 98, with virtualdub and MJPEG codecs from PicVideo (for speed reasons).
I've installed the last update from the pinnacle page (1.06).
I'm currently getting a strange effect in my captures, in about 50% of my captures, the virtualdub stop getting frames after 71.xx minutes of capture. Sometimes, this effect didn't appear.
So, I can't say that the deffect occurs everytime. Yestarday, I captured, and the deffect occured, today, it didn't!!
This behaviour is driving me crazy!!!
In the moments the defect didn't occurs, I'm getting from VirtualDub a message box informing that it compensates for a 71 minutes bug.
Why can't it compensates for it EVERY Times?
Anyone have any sugestion?
Thanks for your attention,

Since your using W98 / FAT32 you may be hitting a file size limit.

To capture a really long file you will need NTFS either from W2K or XP.

I'm using multi-segmented capture mode of virtualdub, the driver knock-out occurs after the 10th, 11th segment; I don't think it could be a FAT32 problem.

The major trouble is: the problem occurs not EVERYTIME, but randomly.....
