Anyone please help me....
I have been trying to do this for the longest time and I don't seem to get it right. I can author a movie with still menus and stuff and I can even get the movies to work. I have been just using Rempeg to shrink and author the movies so far. Now, I want to keep one audio and one subtititles and all the original menus. I have not been sucessfull in doing this at all so far.
Guys....you have to trust me I have been trying this for the past two weeks day in and day out. (may be i am just an idiot)
I took a movie that actually has only one audio and one subtitle track. It was still about 6GB so, I created a CFFL file and transcoded using Rempeg. I went to remux the transcoded M2V and it seems like it worked. So I copied the original VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB AND VTS_01_0.VOB (since this has all the menus). Then i did the "get VTS sectors" and "region ree". I tried to test it using Power DVD and IFOedit player. No luck. It plays until the menu and that's it. I have also tried other movies thinking it might be the movie itself but I don't know what I am doing wrong. I think I am getting confused as to what files should be moved or copied over to the new file.
For example...
1. If I strip audio and subs, IFOedit will create new VTS_01_0.IFO along with the VOB set.
2. So now I should copy VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB AND VTS_01_0.VOB. And then do "get VTS sectors" (every time)?
If I transcoded a movie using Rempeg to shrink the size and remuxed it using IFOedit it will give me new VTS_01_0.IFO along with the VOB set so should i just copy VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VIDEO_TS.VOB AND VTS_01_0.VOB. And then do "get VTS sectors"?
I am bit confused I guess on what files should actually get copied to the folder the IFO creates. If this has been addressed I am sorry to waste anyone's time. It's just that I have been trying this for the past two weeks and I have had no luck.
Thanks in advance for any help...
