Damn, I don't know what happened. I followed the DivX5 Gnot instructions. And in the end i get the following files...

analyse.log
haha AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.ac3
haha AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.log
haha AC3 T01 3_2ch 384Kbps DELAY 0ms.mp3
haha.avi 70.9
haha.avs
haha.d2v
haha.log
haha.mv
haha_1.avi 47.6
haha_1.log
haha_1.mv
haha_1_GKnot.log
haha_5_perc_D5_NeutralBicubic_608x464.log
haha_5_perc_D5_NeutralBicubic_608x464.mv
haha_Credits.avi
haha_Credits.avs
haha_GKnot.log
haha_Movie.avi 64.6

Those 3 .avi files run for like 4 minutes and skip through different frames real fast. Any ideas? sorry. Thanks!!!

Hi-

That's an encoding of the compressibility test. Go back into your .avs, look near the bottom, and comment out the line:

SelectRangeEvery(280,14)

Comment out means to put a "#" in front of it, or just delete the line entirely. Then run the 2 passes over again.

manono's right, but you can also prevent this from happening in Gknot.

Open again the tab where you start the compress test, leave the compress test option unchecked and save the .avs file (or two avs files, if you do the credits seperately). Then go to the encoding tab and add this .avs file as the main movie (and the credits .avs file for the credits).

However, it's always good to open the avs with a text editor and check if everything's all right before encoding (that way you also learn how avisynth works, if you don't know that yet).
