Hi, I have been using PrimoDVD for most of my DVD burn but when it comes to burn the splitted DVD, I always have problems... the splitted DVDs play fine on computer but either didn't play on stand alone or did play but can't access anything on the menu (exception chapters)... The thing I noticed everytime I burnt with PrimoDVD is that it ejected the disc the first time and said "1 Bad Disc", if I loaded the blank again, Primo will continue on the current session and burnt without any more error...
Which software are y'all using to burn plitted DVDs?? I had never got any luck... even though I could split the DVD with just the movie and the DVDs will play fine everywhere... the thing is I started to like to keep the menu because most of them are so cool and besides I also love the special features (behing the scene and stuffs)...
Please help!
I use DVDecrypter to copy DVD to the hard drive and use IFO Edit 0.932 to split, then Primo to burn...

thanks.

I use Nero, and though other people have reported problems with it, I have successfully burned over a 100 DVDs with it. The only problems I have run into were in regards to bad media, and were not issues with Nero itself. Also, I have never gotten any of the mysterious errors that I have seen reported in this forum. I just followed Derrow's method and everything works fine.

Thanks. For some reasons, Nero would never like to work with me.. even from the very earlier versions... But I just did a test on Resident Evil using the Image Tool from IFOEdit to create the DVD image and then used DVDecrypter to burn to DVD.. and whoala! my splitted DVD worked like a charm in my 530D Sony and 300+1 Sony Changer without any problem... I could access all of the special features from the menu... Now, it's time to do Resident Evil for real!!!! Cool..!!
