Why isn't The Matrix copying correctly?

I've tried using SmartRipper, DVD Decrypter and CladDVDXP and NONE of them will work! They all shit out at the same exact spot too, in the very beginning of the second VOB movie file. Does anybody think it's my copy of the movie? There are lots of surface scratches on the bottom of the CD (honestly, how fucking hard is it to handle a CD properly?)

Its not that 'NONE' of them will work, its just you dont know how to handle what they are saying to you.
If the disc is scratched, you're probably getting a read error on a certain sector. If that happens, there is squat all a program can do about it. Click 'Retry' a few times...if that doesnt work and the sector number stays the same, hit ignore.
DVD Decrypter is perfectly capable of handling such discs.
