Identifying Vob-Ids without Vobrator

Is there way to view the contents of each vob-id WITHOUT vobrator?

I have tried vobrator v2b on 3 different PCs and with win2k and win98se. It always crashes and is unusable.

Right now, I'm thinking about using Smartripper to rip vob-ids one at a time then view with windvd, but what a pain that's gunna be!

What else can I use to view single vob-ids?
Once I find the ones I don't want, I'll strip them out.

have you tried the preview function of ifoedit? You can use it on both movie and menu and see what corresponds to an id in a given vob set.

Thanks for the tip! I did get that to work, although not on my primary DVD PC (which is 848x640 res.) Seems you need more than 480 lines to reach the slider in the preview window. Works great on my other PC.

or you can use MPC @ vobsub.edensrising.com - when you turn on statistics, it'll show you this info while playing DVD
