just got a wintv go. problem is that when i watch tv through the tuner, there's a constant rining/tone that i can hear, which also gets recorded in captures.
when i use vcr (audio and video cables going through wintv card) and record through that, the audio is clean. So it leads me to believe it's not a problem in connection between wintv and soundcard. And the cable connection is fine through vcr. anyone know what the problem is and how to fix? anyone else have the problem?
the line out of wintv go, is connected to line in of sound card using cable that shipped with card
latest drivers off hauppage site.
tried moving to different pci slots.
installed on winxp pro, athlon xp 1500+, ecs k7s5a mobo, 256 ram, radeon video card, yamaha sound card
attached zip of sample mp3 clip
