Headac3he 0.23a doesn't uncompress!!!

I cannot get the Headac3he uncompressed from the RAR file. When I open the file, I do not see any files inside. When I uncompress, the only file that gets created is the readme.txt file... that's it.

Anybody knows what is going on? Can anybody attach Headac3he so I could download (uncompressed)?

I used WinACE archiver to uncompress the rar file.
