I don't think that there is any easy way to copy this. If you want to use Maestro you'll have to process each PGC seperately, then rejoin them and manually correct the cell info. However, from your comments I think that this may be a bit beyond you at the moment. I had a look at it for an easy way, and this was the best I came up with:

You can handle the 2nd, 3rd and 4th VTS sets with ReMpeg without any problem. If you use it on VTS_01 then it stops at the beginning of PGC3 (vob-id 3). However, use IFOEdit and remux the file you have got. This will give you the first two PGCs okay. Now keep the newly created files in another directory. Use VOBEdit to demux the new files and keep vob-ids 1 and 2 and also the VTS_01_1.ifo. Next use VOBEdit to demux the vob-ids from the original set and save them separately. You can throw away 1 and 2 as you have the newly remuxed ones. If you look at the remaining ones, then if you have used, say 55%, in ReMpeg then you'll find that with the new 1 and 2, and every other of the smaller original vob-ds (4 onwards), then you only need to process vob-id 3. Do this as you would any file in Maestro (chapters, subs, CCE on the video etc) and when the files are created rename vts_01_1.vob to vts_01_003.vob (and keep the ifo file safe). Load vts_01_003.vob into vobedit and then select join clips and give the id offset as 3. Keep the new file and dump the original. Finally copy this file, as well as the original 4 through to 20 I think to the directory with the new 1 and 2. Load vobedit and open vts_01_001.vob and then join cellvobs and it should recreate a new vts_01_1.vob etc. This can replace the original one but you still need to correct the ifo file. Start off with the one used in remuxing as that'll be right for 1 and 2, then manually edit PGC3 with the Maestro ifo file (remembering to use the offset from vob-id2), and then continue the the remaining originals picking up the offset from vob-id3.

I'm sure there must be a simpler 'easy' way but I redid the whole lot for optimum quality. Hope somebody else helps you as the above may appear daunting.

i dont know if i have the answer to what u are looking for..i am a little confused as to what u want.. but in chapter extractor u can manually tell it at what time intervals to make a chapter by clicking the box next to the time..It is in the format tab i believe..then u can choose ALL the chapters if u like..dont know if thats what u meant.. sorry if it isnt :/

You do this disc just like any other multi-PGC disc. I had to reencode two VTS's but it looks great. I used SmartRipper, DVD2AVI, AVISYNTH, CCE, ReelDVD, and IFOUpdate.
