DebugView Question

i tried DebugView (from sysinternals.com) to post some encoding results into this forum.

I read the list, which is scolling all the encoding time, and i don't know what means "inter stats1" "scaled" "actual" and "overflow".

please explain this to a DebugView-beginner like me.
