Hi,
in order to be able to get rid of commercials when I'm encoding mpeg2 files, recorded from TV, to divx, I added a few lines in dvd2avi and mpeg2dec to allow multiple ranges to be selected and being saved into one .d2v file.
At the moment the luminace filter is disables, as the mpeg2dec version I was using wasn't for the dvd2avi v. 1.77.3.
I don't think the mpeg2dec should be any slower thean the original one and its backward compatible, as the .d2v created when one selecion is used is identical to usual ones created with dvd2avi.
I expect there to be audio syns problems, as I didn't look at the audio code yet. But I my testing hasn't shown any sync probs other than lame reporting (when encoding an mpa file extracted by dd2avi) ...resyncing audio at the point the intervals changed.
It would be grat if some of you could test the programm, so I can find any bugs or problems.
The files are avaliable for download at (deleeted link to avoid a broken link) I'll put the sources online later today or tomorow.
I new interval can be created by pressing '[' when the trackbar pointer is beyond the right limit of the recent interval.
Sadly I can only get the trackbar to show the latest interval created. And I'm a little stuck on that one. Does anyone have a clue on how I might be able to show several intervals on one trackbar?
ok, this post is getting a little long...
excuse my english and sepelling
