Getting way too many fixed chapters [Archive]

I’m getting way too many fixed chapters using DVD2SVCD V1.0.9 Build 3 with VCDXbuild.
I typically set it at 20 chapters for say a 40 mpg (roughly every two minutes), but instead I’m getting chapters every 20 seconds! I usually use DVD chapters when the source is DVD, but the problem occurs when encoding avi files. Can someone help me? :eek: TIA!
