How to "mux" two .idx/.sub sets into one ?

Hi

I have two .idx/.sub subtitles for one (very same) movie. One .idx/.sub is English and second .idx/.sub in other language. It works fine but I have to rename the files if I wish to switch language.

Are there any way to "mux" them into one single .idx/.sub and switch using VobSub controls ?
