I've already have the bBmpeg, can somebody explain me step by step how can I create the cue file to burn a CDImage?

I think that you should read the guide that is at www.doom9.org. In this guide it will tell you step by step how to make a SVCD. Also I think that you should read the Q and A for D2S and also read the sticky on how to post a good question.

Are you not using the automation the DVD2SVCD provides? If you are, then it will do everything for you. If you aren't, why not?
