After some trials with DVD2SVCD I think that is one of the better tools for making SVCDs, very easy and with very goof quality.
żIt is possible modify this app, so resolution being something like 2/3 D1 (544x489) and use a Transport Stream MUX instead of bbMPEG?
Whith these modifications you shoud create VOD content from a DVD using your tool!!!!
