So I recently fixed my audio-sync capturing problems (AVI_IO seemed to be my savior) -- however, the problem is, with avi_io you have to have the files split between 50mb and 4gb, which seemed fine at the time. So after converting to mpeg2 with tmpgenc plus I was left with about 50 small files (@ 352x480). I threw them into SpruceUp, but it seems that after playing one file it'll go back to the menu.

What I want is it to seamlessly go from one file to another (no noticeable gab when it goes to the next file) and at the end going to the menu..unfortunately the help file didn't help there. I've already tried joining the mpeg2 files to one huge file with tmpgenc and many other applications and experienced sync issues; i'm guessing this is because I encoded each file with a variable bitrate.

Is this in any way possible? Are there any other applications that will accept these files WITHOUT reencoding? If it's not possible then I guess i'll just recapture and join the avi's later on, and convert to one file (or just capture @ 720x480 so I can use some other apps).

If your files are in sync individually, then they should also be syncronous if you combine them in TMPG, VBR or not. What are you using to check this A/V sync issue? If you are not using a DVD player, then this syncing could be the result of the program (ie, WMP may, or may not give you A/V sync - depends on the weather, humidity levels and the phase of the moon).

Spruceup does not have an action for "End of Play". The default action is to return to the last viewed menu. I do not think that this can be changed (and lord, I've tried).
