spruceup pb : "cannot locate a frame sync word"

i'm stuck whith this error :
"cannot locate a frame sync word at an expected byte offset.data might be corrupted"
while importing a MPV file in spruceup.

i redid my ac3 file twice (dvd2avi) but i still get this error at the exact same spot.
the mpv file was made by CCE and plays fine.

i did other projects in spruceup without any pbs.

anyone ever encountered this error?

oki just to let u know : i could fix it with ac3fix ...

ac3fix screwed.ac3 fixed.ac3

where "screwed.ac3" is your actual ac3 which is causing you troubles.
