That's the question because i've forgotten several times the conversion and maestro works very well with mpv and i make the DVDs as usual, so could you give me any reason to do that?
And by the way i work with PAL and NTSC titles and it's curious but when i do PAL dvd the chapters never import complete, i mean, if a movie has 16 chapter maestro only imports 8, and i must include the chapters manually, it's always the same, but when i make a project in NTSC the chapters al alright, any suggestion?

I have the same problem - NTSC chapters import just fine but PAL will only import half the chapter points...
I just manually input the PAL chapters, Its a hassle but I have found no other way.

It was like 3 months ago I experienced this so the info might not be 100% sure.
It has something to do with the wallclock.
When importing the video the wallclock changes to about 01:00:00:00.
After resetting the wallclock to zero the audio lines up perfectly when importing, however the subtitles still imports a hour late, meaning the subtitles starts in the middle of the movie or something like that.
My solution was to manually edit the chapters list in notepad and add 1h to each time entry. Hope it works out for you.

strange. I only do PAL and never had this problem.
ChapterXtractor and manually inserted in CCE or in the ecl save file,
plus chp files imported into maestro.
All that according Doom9 guides. (specially the CCE guide where it is explained to set to 00:00:00:00 , not 01:00:00:00 as default)
Never had a problem this way.
