Avi 2 mpeg2

im using Virtualdub as a frame server to encode in Cinemacraft Encoder, now when i try to load the .vdr file into CCE it says "this is not an avi file" yet when i load it in tmpeg it works fine, any ideas wtfs up?

Cinemacraft is not as capable as TMPGEnc is when it comes to reading ALL file types which you may have lurking on your system. TMPGEnc has a number of file-reader-pugins included as standard, most notably the "DirectShow Multimedia File Reader".

I don't use VirtualDub - if I did, I'd be more than happy to assist. I suggest you repost in either the CinemaCraft
