Weird ripping problem...

I've had this happen enough now so I want to know why, after doing a DVD backup with Smartripper, (ripping an entire 4.3 DVD) when I open it in PowerDVD I get a big green screen saying that it can't play a DVD with this region code. What the hell is this? I just did a complete rip of a DVD I rented, it sure should play

This happened only with the last movie I did. I have not figured out why. It is definitely region 1.

I went ahead and burned mine, and the disk plays ok, so it must just be a weird problem with PowerDVD

Why not try playing the film using DVD Play in Ifoedit? This is how I preview all of my projects. It will test for correct links etc before burning.
