I know some of methods to have it and I am using some of them since a moment :
For bilanguage : morgan switcher, bilanguage with ogg audio, BS player,... (for me .avi made with graphedit are outdated because of huge incompatibility with most systems)

For subtitles (not permanent of course) : BS-player, OGG Sutitle (it looks awful :( ),...

I just want to know what you consider being the best method.

Thank you :)

I make all double language AVIs with subtitles that way:
* Muxing in NanDub
* Playing in BSPlayer (mmswitch is crap!)
* Switchable subtitles with VobSub

Just a thing, I have noticed a few weeks ago :
BS-player has playback troubles (impossible to display a simple language .ogg muxed with a divx5.02 avi) with Vobsub 2.14 installed (that I installed with the last version of GK). A friend of mines had the same trouble with the same programs.

* I don't use ogg, I always use MP3 (AC3 is quite rare on my rips)
* VobSub 2.13 is more stable than later versions
