Hi,
I'll be quick.
SoundForge is a program? Where can I find it?
I want to merge two wav (mp3 in fact) files created by VirtualDub, into one.
Can SF do it? Otherwise?
Thanks

Sound Forge (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/)
This program can do it, yes, but it costs money and I believe the demo version doesn't allow saving, so you can try it out and if you like it, purchase it. I know there are some freeware wave editors out there, but their names and webpages escape my mind right now, do some searching for wave editors, i'm sure you'll find something.
edit: come to think of it, VDub can do this if the audio files are inside video, just use the open/append to open the second, then you can extract wave and that should save both.

Vdub can't do it. Check my thread on VDub to see why - and maybe you can help.
I'm just trying to solve it in another way.
Cooledit can't either.

Actually, cooledit can't do it with audio of 48kHz.
