Resizing Method: Opinions (No flaming!)

Okay, I searched and I couldn't find one with opinions that run a mile long, so let me hear...do ya use the ITU blah blah from Gordian Knot....or do ya use Doom 9's PC resizing and uncheck the ITU box from Gordian Knot when resizing and use Auto Crop and all that jaz. I'd love to spend the time to really truly comprehend all the resolution methodology but I work and stuff so no time to sit and think like the Greeks did, so help a lamen out and give me opionions or just flat out tell me what to do to save time! :) Thanks all!

Why don't you post that in the GordianKnot forum as you are surely asking about the resizing methods used in GordianKnot? Anyway if you are a beginner stick to the guides of doom9. PC resizing or ITU that depends mainly on your personal taste, do a search about that in the GordianKnot forum as well and I'm quite sure that you find something about that in the forum as well.

Third read the help that comes with GordianKnot. There also you can find the thoughts of the author TheWEF about ITU resizing.

i always check the ITU option cos i try to make a backup as close as possible to the original -- but i think it's a non-issue ... you'd be hardpressed to tell one encode from another just based on that setting.
