creating DVD's with CCE 2.5 encoded .m2v files and AC3 (generated by DVD2AVI)... done several in the past, but I have run into problems (specially with anime)...
I author the DVD using DVD Studio Pro (under OSX in Mac), but should apply to other authoring programs also.
I set the max bitrate on the VBR to 9,000. The AC3 sound files (2 of them) add up to 600 (give or take) - leaving me about 200 as a "pad", but I still get an error message that the max bitrate of 9800 has been exceeded. Looking under the "Advance" tab and parsing through the video, I don't really see any problems.
Would anybody know what could be causing this? (I know I can get around this problem by reducing the max video bitrate, but I want to get the best possible quality :)
any insight would be appreciated.
