I've got this weird bug in iuVCR, hopeing any1 here knows a solution for it.
When ever i try to change capture format it all freezes, i've tried reinstall drivers, reinstall iuVCR, just won't do it.
I've got a XP system, with latest drivers from bt for my wintv card.

thanks for your replay.
I usually use vdub, but since reading through some threads here most ppl seem to agree on that iuVCR is better, so I wanted to try it out.
..but well looks like i have to use vdub again heh :D
Yes, I'm using those drivers.

I m using iuVCR all the time for capturing and i think that the problem is your drivers...I mean I ve never used these generic drivers and i m always ok with iuVCR -no dropped frames no nothing...
So,just use the drivers from ur TvTuner manufacturer...
Its just that it takes a FULL minute for iuVCR to actually start.
(From the time i click on the shortcut till the time i see the video preview screen).Any solutions on that maybe?!?
Just my 2 cents.

ok i am going to get a new system soon, so i'll use the drivers for hauppauge and check how that works.
hmm it takes me ~ 10 sec, maybe you got many filters that it checks on startup?

...I think i agree with you...there are too many filters installed on my system cos i d oa lot of a/v editing so i always try new filters and keep the ones i like...
Anyway, thanx for the tip and good luck with iuVCR...
