A river runs through it not show subtitle

I ripper the "A river rungs though it" and also success maked the subtitle file(.idx and .sub). But what I play the Divx file not see the subtitle display on the screen, and check the vobdub condition is normal. Has anyone X'fer this movie before? Can share the experience?Thx also lot.

I find the problam at two place in .IDX file.

First

# Image scaling (hor,ver), origin is at the upper-left corner or at the alignment coord (x, y)
scale: 125%, 135%

I check the scale, and find scale not 100%, 100%. So, this program setting wrong let subtitle out of screen.(See the yellow words)

Sec.

# Custom colors (transp idxs and the four colors)
custom colors: off, tridx: 1001, colors: 000000, ffffff, 7e7e7e, 1f1f1f

I see the Custom color is "off", and I change setting become "ON".(See the red words) Still not find subtitle on the screen. And I change the colors like this setting your see.(See the pink words) Play movie again, Woooo!! Success!! I am happy now!!
