YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! Let's get ready to rumble! Real has been "good" in the past. And RM9 is pretty decent. If this comes to pass..... finally we might see some real change and improvement between the two and everywhere else!

at least we can learn something about low bitrates.

Not that quicktime's mpeg-4 implementation is very good, but just this week I saw PC Magazine said it was trounced by rm9 and wme8 at low bitrates.
