they claim perfect dvd to cd conversion, but seems suspicious. i can't find anywhere on the site where it says WHAT it uses to compress it with.

If you use the search button at the top of every page in Doom9's forum... and type in the following keyword:

dvdsqueeze

you will get five or six hits on the subject.
