I am trying to just shrink a small part of a movie that I have since it is close to the 4.7 mark. Although when I try to just transcode a few cell-id's, the movie gets choppy. I think I am trying to shrink the wrong cell-id's. Can someone tell me how to find out which ones I need to be shrinking. Thanks.
