Just a warning to ya, you're going to get flamed for posting this question and for posting it twice. Be forewarned!
Anyway, CCE Issues are addressed in the FAQ:
Q60: I have CCE Issues (CRC errors, crashing and what not)
A: Here's a few pointers to check:
Do a memory and prime test (see Q53)
Set your BIOS to default values
Disable Anti Noise filter (in the Encoder tab)
Validate your Avisynth version (make a text file with .avs as the extension. In the text file just type VERSION nothing else. Save it and drag'n'drop the AVS file onto Mediaplayer). The version used in dvd2svcd 1.0.9 must be 1.0 Beta 7d
If you have 4-in-1 VIA chipset, update to the latest drivers
Verify that the Max. bitrate and Max Avg. bitrate differs with at least 120 maybe more
Raise Luminance Offset to 5 (in dvd2avi tab)

dosen't matter if its for svcd or dvdr. Thats why you should do those tests in the Q&A before you post.
Btw cosmo is right, very few people if any will respond 2 your question as its something that has been asked before, also 99% of cce problems have been talked about fixed and if you use the search key you should find the answer to your problem.

what i found earlier using the search was to update avisynth, what is the newest version?.. also try the reconverttorgb() thing or something and u said something about a tool which i can not find.. thats all i can think of..all my settings in CCE are correct to my knowledge..i cant think of anything else that would DEFINATELY solve it. i apologize for the inconvenience..:) thx

@kilroy another thing dont crosspost or double post as it clutters up the forum, this is just a warning this time but next time i'll take action.
