Another audio out of sync, help?

I have had problems with both The Necklace and Walk to Remember. After using IFO and CCE and then authoring them in SpruceUP the audio is off by about 8 seconds. I have tried AC#delay and also tried using Maestro, same problem.

If I check the vobs before I CCE the sound is perfect. What can I try?

FYI,

I did figure out the Walk to Remember problem I was having. I read about the multi PCG's and Warner problems then gave it a go. I ripped the entire dvd to hd first, then used DVDDecrypter to only rip the first (main movie) pcg, it had 4 altogether but I did just the movie. After that a simple cce and then authored it via SpruceUp.
