S-Video or Digital Cable Problems?

Two days ago everything was fine when recording in on my AverTV Stereo card with Virtual Dub, I have digital cable through s-video, regular cable throug the coaxial and vcr through the Composite. As of last night Virtual Dub started recording with stange lines in the picture vertically. It looks like clear Matrix lines. It does this in both formats, but it is not that visible in PowerVCR. Could this be my calbe signal, I took back my card and got a new one and the problem was the same, so Im thinking its the digital cable or the line in general any ideas.

Have you set some kind of new electronic device near the cables recently, around the time it started having the verticle lines? Could be some kind of electronic interference. :confused:

Heck I can be talking on my 900mhz cordless phone in my room and it will interfere with the reception of my TV and VCR. :(
