not ripping all the vobs

have ripped many many dvds with dvd2svcd. having a problem recently with the last few dvds. after pushing start it shows all the vobs that are to be ripped, however when all said and done it only gets half of the vobs it said it was going to rip. only gets half the movie. has anyone else had this problem. i have reinstalled dvd2svcd many times and still the same thing. any suggestions?

ok i will save them. i am doing another movie tonight. its a weird problem. for example: doing a movie that had 6 vobs. when started it said vobs to be ripped and it named all 6, however when all finshed ripping only had 4 out of the 6. i will post the log tonight.

forgot to say what i am using to rip. i am using vstrip. i have always used that. i am going to use internal routines tonight and see what happens.
