ReMPEG2 problem encountered

When I'm trying to re-size my video files, I am getting a "ReMPEG2 has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" from Win XP. It has done it on every file I've tried, but it will run for about an hour or so before encountering the problem. HELP!

After a few dozen hours of success and failures my choices are CCE first then TMPGenc for encoding.

I've never got either app to create a stream that IfoEdit will remux properly but for creating video that you want to author, I'd go with CCE then TMPGenc.

How do I get CCE? I tried the links thorugh the download section, but they don't work.
