Trouble with Angel Links DVD 4

Maybe it's just me, but the dvd i had kept having errors trying to rip episode 12. It would read 3/4 way through, and basically freeze on reading, then it stops and gives me an error unable to read. I've used Smart Ripper and DVD Decryter... I'm going to try again, as soon as I can, but I can't seem to get it to rip the vobs for episode 12. It rips episode 11 and 13 fine though. Any ideas what's wrong, or how I can pass this problem without skipping episode 12? Thanks!

Try cleaning the disc.
Chances are, it will rip just fine in someone elses drive. If the cleaning fails, take it round a mates house :)

I've tried cleaning it before, when I had it.. had to return it sometime last month.. Gotta get it again. Anyways, I probably cleaned it wrong.. wiping it with a clean cotton cloth/shirt. Suggestions as to how I should clean it?
