dvd2svcd ver 1.09 build 3 frameserver tab no resize to pulldown ???

Ok this may sound crazy but I have install dvd2svcd ver 1.09 build 3 three times in a row and in the frameserver tab there's NO "resize to pulldown" to select cvd,svcd,and dvd. Does anybody know why ? I've installed before and i saw it. After I have clean out my system and reinstall OS and reinstall DVD2SVCD build 3 the "resize to" pulldown list is gone. Does anybody know why????

You have to set DVD2SVCD's level to Advanced in the Misc tab.

Try setting the Advanced tab under the Misc tab. When set to normal it doesnt show the resize to dropdown
