View Full Version : What am I doing wrong? XCD doesn't work

I encoded "A knights tale" (Xvid and Vorbis in Ogg) and as it got 770MB I tried to create a XCD. I burned it and everything worked fine until I wanted to start the video... CD Drive goes crazy and I can't start the movie. In graphedit he doesn't even want to use the Ogg-Splitter...
(Using daemon tools everything worked fine...).
(Burned using a 12x LitOn, tried reading in a 12x LG DVD and the recorder)

obviously, you had a problem during burning... try burning at x4... or try different burning program. not much more i can offer

Is there anyone that can give me advice which programm I should use?
(I've got the 12101B Liteon recorder)
or:
Has anybody ever burned a XCD on 12x speed using the 12101B Liteon recorder

P.S:
"Guess what?" isn't a very good answer...

16x Lite-On works perfectly here.

Make sure you have the latest firmware update on your drve.

And use CDRWIN to burn the image, it worked for me, unlike Nero or Fireburner.
