TMPG outputs in 29,97fps instead of selected 23.976 :?

Hi,

I am trying to convert a 576x320 movie @23.976fps in Divx3.11 format to a SuperVideoCD NTSC film format so I can play it on my standalone.

I always use TPMG do to this kind of conversions and I have done many before, all working very nicely.

However, the file I am trying to re-encode at the moment keeps giving me output in 29.97fps instead of 23.976fps which I selected in TMPG.

This is giving me synch problems and Nero not accepting the file to burn as SVCD :(

I have really no clue why TMPG is doing this, I can clearly see I have selected 23.976fps but the output is always 29.97 :(

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Quite possible that 3:2 pulldown is enabled, look for a tab that says "3:2 Pulldown enabled during playback" or whatever...
