Dummy VOBS

:) I'm following the guide for splitting one disc into two with smartripper/ifoedit.The problem is for the second disc it says in the instructions to place Dummy Vobs where this is a gap.In my case this would be VOB 03_02. How do you make a dummy vob?

rename
Vts_01_1.vob
or whatever it needs to be
