Get dvd2svcd and read the manual. The search function works pretty well too.

hi
cce is only the video encoder...
the .bin files are created images for cdrecording by vcdeasy...
like mac sidewinder said maybe get a little bit in dvd2svcd it will do everything alone(hit go and you will get two .bin`s ready to burn with cdrwin..)
for the best settings read the guide here in doom9`s guide section...

mpeg-2 files that can be than burn with easy cd crator(or nero) as SVCD . Can I use cce for it?? If yes, what setting should I use ???
I cannot use dvd2svcd becouse my I do not actually use avi files, I use CCE as plugin from premiere. So wat seting should I use ???

oh sorry i didn`t get you right...
im not so in premiere but here a few things you have to pay attention..
-for svcd the video have to be 480*576(480) (pal\ntsc),since cce can`t resize you have to set premiere to this resolution..
-im not sure but i think premiere can`t handle mpeg1layer audio,so you have to do it manually like this:in premiere save the audio stream as .wav, get the prog "besweet" here from doom`s DL-section and make a .mp2 out of the .wav..(for more information how to do this maybe read the guide..)
-now you have an .mpv file(video from cce) and an.mp2 file(audio out of besweet),they have to be multiplext in the right way..f.e. with bbmpeg..you can read the guide for the settings on it...
-after all you should have an svcd-stream which can be burbt ny nero, easy cd creator and on..
but as you see this is much work especially when you first have to get the knowlege of every programm..
so maybe tell us what you want to press on a svcd(DV,avi, mpeg?)
cause this all can be done much simpler with dvd2svcd..
hope this helps a bit..

ok, so this is the thing
I have a lots of my family movies on cassets that I edit them on premiere and save them as mpeg-2 files and then burn them on CD. Problem that only PC can open them. I now want to make SVCD mpeg files , burn them as SVCD , so them can be played with dvd player. So wat should I do???

mhh
that can have many reasons...
i would do it like that:
edit the home video in premiere, when finished save it as .avi now open this .avi in dvd2svcd,
heres a link where the settings are explained:http://www.dvd2svcd.org/ here go to dv to svcd
when finished you should have .bin`s ready to burn...
surley you can do the whole process manually but especially for dv->svcd conversions you need a lot of knowledge(field order, xsvcd`s,inrelaced matrices ...)
me uses tmpeg for my DV videos,i found that i can expect the best quality for homevideos(with some tunings) using tmpeg...
but dvd2svcd is easy and good quality too,

edit_:what resolution have you mpeg2 file and what audio?

Sorry angelika007, didn't understand what you were trying to do.
You can use an uncompressed avi, also I believe in dvd2svcd there is an option for converting from a divx file.

yes you can use uncopressed or divx....
but maybe get a magix or ulead product, there you open the homevideo, editi it and burn it with the same application...
bye
