Al rightI have successfully ripped a multitude of DVD's with no problems. I borrowed the New England Patriots Superbowl Sports Illustrated thing from a friend and I've been trying to rip and encode it. I tryed smart ripper and I got some wierd error that I can't exactly remember. It seemed to me that Virtual Dub couldn't read the begining of the movie to encode it because it was not successfully decrypted. So I tried VStrip and All I get is invalid Log Files I messed with some settings in Virtual Dub and now I get a similar message as before.
To let you all know, All frames are interlaced, 29.970 fps (or whatever the 29.### is) 4:3 NTSC, and about one hour long. Where am I messing up on this rip, and might i need to do anything special. Like I was saying I have been able to use GKnot and Virtual Dub, and etc. without problems and all of a sudden it is like I have never ripped a DVD before. If anyone can help it would be nice.
