Hi all.

Does anybody know a software SVCD or DVD player that actualy plays SuperVCD discs displaying the subtitles streams?
I've tried the last versions of WinDVD and PowerDVD but they do not display the subtitles.

Other thing, i have a Creative Cambridge SoundWorks DeskTop Theatre 5.1 DTT2500 Digital which i have connected to my DXR2 MPEG decoder card. Using Creative PC-DVD everything works fine and the sound outputed by the speakers is DD 5.1 since the led indicator turns on.
I then have a Sound Blaster Live 5.1 Player sound card which is als connected to the speakers system via the digital DIN cable. The problem is that i cant get true dolby digital 5.1 sound from the speakers when i play a DVD using WinDVD or PowerDVD. I've activated SPDIF output and comes sound from the speakers but the Dolby Digital led indicator doesn't turn on.
Is there anybody whith a similar configuration with the same problem and knows how to solve it? I've simple gave up
The main reason for watching DVD's with WinDVD or PowerDVD is the better image quality when using the PC monitor for viewing.

Any help would be apreciated ;)

Thanks for your attention
