I've seen the sticky on this subject but I am getting this error at the end of disc1 1 after splitting not at the beginning of disc.

I've gotten the error at the beginning of discs before but never at the end. Any ideas Derrow :-)

I'm not too sure on this one. All I can suggest is that the split between the two discs has been made in the wrong place and the ifo file is looking for the end of a chapter or film information that is not there.

Did Ifoedit select the split point? Maybe try a slightly different point. I did Bicentennial Man the other day, and Ifoedit would not chose a split point - so I had to choose one which cut off about 1 min of the end of a chapter. Still no illegal navigation though. I have to rewind 1 min at the start of the second disc!!!!!!

Any ideas anyone?!?!?!?!

The message means the same thing, whether you get it at the beginning or end - that a navigation reference (jump or call) has been made to a missing object. Translation: part a wants to jump to part b.

Thanks for replying. The question becomes what to do? The sticky refers only to the beginning of a 2nd disc, not to the ending of 1st disc.

Should I just select jump back to main menu? Not sure of what step to take.

Thanks.
