Hello!
Am I correct in thinking that I can encode a 16:9 MPEG2 file with pan and scan information that will crop the image?
I have just received the animations for a menu systen I've commissioned. It's fully anamorphic and looks superb on 16:9 TVs, but I'd rather not have black borders top and bottom when the menu system is viewed on a 4:3 monitor. I'd be looking at cropping the left and right of the image and zooming on the centre when viewed on a 4:3 TV.
So how do I do it in CCE? Or does the authoring tool sort it out? I know that you have to specify WS/P&S within Maestro on movies and menus...
Help much appreciated :)
