Oceans Eleven Rempeg2 problems

I have been using rempeg to great success but have come across a problem with 2 discs - Oceans eleven region 1 and harry potter region 2.

On lowering the bitrate in exactly the same way as other films they both are all all corrupt, you can see the picture but it is like it has been encoded at very low resolution, however the opening warner logo is fine, its only as the titles start that the corruption begins, i have tried loads of settings and cant sort the prob, any ideas.

Warner Bros strikes again. There are many threads about this, either transcode the logo and movie seperately, or force the max bitrate to a lower value, like 9600.

To do just the main movie with no menu's or anything, I just took the WB stuff out, and keep only ID's 3 and 4. And it works perfectly.
