crashes on the 2nd pass

hi people, ive been doing divx5 encodes for a while now, and lately EVERY movie i try and do crashes on the 2nd pass usually , ive put the crashinfo.txt below, please can someone explain to me anything about it, like if its a hardware problem or software. thanks.

I have the same problem for some months now and i still didn't figured out how to solve this problem :(

Crashes like that usually don't come from software settings but hardware, like overclocking, aggressive memory timings, conflicting IRQ's etc.

well i think i solved the problem for anyone reading, i think it was a problem with one of my DIMMS, i ran a testing program called memtestx86 and found one of my RAM modules was riddled with errors! so i hope that helps anyone who has the same annoying problem as me!

My computer crashes sometimes, and maybe it is the same reason.

memtest86 is available from http://www.memtest86.com/ if you can't get it, ill e-mail you the file i have if you want. the download link is http://www.memtest86.com/memt30.zip what you do is run it and it extracts the files to a bootable floppy disk. the disk does not read under windows but that is ok. its pretty technical but you should see if you have errors.
