Invalid File Format?

I hope I can get some help on this one.....

I used RecordNow Max to burn an image of Mission Impossible 2. Playing from the directory used to build the image works fine, but when I play it thru dvd-rom using power dvd I get the 'Invalid File Format' error. The disc will not play on the stand-alone either.

I used IfoEdit right before the image build process to get vts sectors.

Out of 20 or so movies this is the first time for me to receive this error. The total size of the image was 4.33g

I also get this error "The file number 1 has invalid format" when trying to play on WinDVD or PowerDVD some movies I have copied down from MIRC, then burned to CDR using Fireburner. Its really strange that some of them can play, others can't.

I've had this happen with about 4 out of 20 movies so far:(

What's really strange is that these CDRs will play fine in a DVD player, but not using a software player (WinDVD) on a PC!

Can anyone suggest a cause/fix?
